The Glow System — Affiliate Program Terms

Thanks for partnering with The Glow System. These terms explain how our affiliate program works and what we each agree to. They’re written in plain language on purpose — our whole brand is honesty over hype, and that starts here. By joining the program or using your affiliate code or link, you agree to the terms below.
1. Who can join
You’re an independent content creator (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, blog, newsletter, etc.) who genuinely likes simple, honest skincare. You’re not our employee, agent, or partner in a legal sense — you’re an independent affiliate. You’re responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn.
2. What you do
Mention or recommend The Glow System in your own words — in a video, description, story, post, or community update. No script, no minimum number of mentions, no exclusivity. Only recommend it if you actually like it.
3. What you get
- 50% commission on every sale made with your code or link — €13.50 per sale (the product is €27).
- A personal discount code that gives your audience 10% off, plus a personal referral link for click stats.
- Free full access to the product, so you can try it before you ever recommend it.
4. How sales are tracked
- Your sales are counted by uses of your personal coupon code (the reliable count) and your referral link.
- Commission is calculated automatically on completed orders.
5. Honesty (this is the important one)
- Only recommend it if you genuinely like it.
- No false or exaggerated claims — e.g. “clears acne in 3 days”, “miracle cure”, or any medical/treatment claims. Just describe your real experience.
- Don’t bid on our brand name in paid search, spam, use misleading pop-ups, or send unsolicited bulk email. No cookie-stuffing or fake traffic.
6. Disclosure (required by law)
You must clearly disclose the partnership wherever you promote — e.g. “#ad”, “paid partnership”, or “affiliate code” — as required by the FTC and platform rules. This protects you, us, and your audience.
7. Payments
- Commissions are paid monthly, for the previous month’s sales, via PayPal (or another method we agree on).
- We deliberately pay monthly so each payout falls after our 30-day money-back window — that way every payment is final, with no clawbacks.
- We pay on net sales after refunds and chargebacks. Refunded or charged-back sales don’t earn commission. We’ll share your sales count each month.
- There’s no minimum payout threshold.
8. Ending the partnership
Either side can stop anytime with a short message. You’ll be paid for all valid sales up to that point. Your code is deactivated after we settle the final payment. We may suspend or remove an affiliate who breaks these terms (especially the honesty and disclosure rules).
9. Your content is yours
You control your content and your voice. We never require specific wording. We may reshare or feature your content (with credit) — let us know if you’d rather we didn’t.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll let active affiliates know. Continuing to use your code or link after a change means you accept the updated terms.
