What we changed, and when.
Our verdicts come from one knowledge base, so when that base changes, the pages change with it. This is the record. Dates and ingredients are derived from the file history; the summary on each row is the commit message as it was written, trimmed where it was too long and never reworded.
Adding or changing a row is not a matter of opinion here. Every source in the evidence column is resolved against PubMed and its title read against the claim it is supporting, and a source we cannot open is not a source. That is why some of these entries are small: a batch of ten ingredients is often several days of reading that ends with fewer claims than it started with.
The last 34 changes to the knowledge base file, newest first. Older history exists in the repository; this page does not try to be the whole of it.

Every entry above feeds the same place: the ingredient glossary. To see the base read a real product, paste one into the free label decoder, and to see what it refuses to claim, there is how we score.
